Refund policy

The Family Book is a digital download. Because files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, all sales are final.

If something isn't working, we'll make it right. If a file won't open, won't download, or doesn't work as described, email us at hello@forkeepsfamily.com with your order number. We'll fix it or send a new file, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
